The cream formula contains urea and sodium lactate - ingredients that help restore the skin's natural moisture control system, thereby reducing dryness and tension. Thanks to them, the skin regains its softness, smoothness and healthy appearance.
- Urea is a substance produced naturally by the skin, therefore it is well tolerated even by dry and sensitive skin. It is part of the natural moisturizing factor (NMF) - a component found in the stratum corneum that regulates the hydration level of the skin. Urea has hygroscopic properties, which means it can bind moisture. It is also keratolytic, which means it helps the skin get rid of dead cells, improving its smoothness.
- Sodium lactate (sodium salt of lactic acid), like urea, is also produced naturally by the skin and is part of the natural moisturizing factor (NMF). Sodium lactate absorbs and stores moisture in the stratum corneum, protecting it from drying out.
