Watercress sprouts (lepidium sativum) are rich in proteins, carbohydrates, phosphorus, calcium and iron. The pleasantly spicy aroma of watercress sprouts gives a special taste to soups, salads and pastas.

Way of ussage:
Soaking time: 1 night
Germination time: 8-10 days.

It is recommended to consume the sprouted seeds as fresh as possible. If you don't eat them right away, keep them in the fridge for a few days, preferably in a closed container with cling film.
