Chinese cordyceps extract from whole fruiting bodies
Chinese Cordyceps (Cordyceps sinensis) - a mushroom from Tibet used in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Rich in polysaccharides, sterols, amino acids, vitamins A, B, C, E, SOD (superoxide dismutase).
Components of cordyceps chinese have antibacterial, antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties. These can help reduce allergic reactions. They help maintain normal sugar and cholesterol levels. They accelerate the elimination of toxins, increase aerobic capacity and endurance.
Ingredients: cordyceps sinensis fruiting body extract standardized >30% polysaccharides.
How to use: before breakfast or another meal, 1-2 level teaspoons (in the package) of the extract (approx. 750-1500 mg), preferably added to vegetable or fruit juice rich in vitamin C (e.g. sea buckthorn , shock).
Note: Do not combine with dairy products. Do not pour boiling water over it
Recommendation: combine with products rich in vitamin C, which supports the absorption of the extract's ingredients.
