Organic red palm oil is a pure source of carotenes, an extraordinary wealth of natural vitamin E in the form of tocotrienols (63%) and tocopherols (37%) in all 8 fractions and a real carotene bomb . Pressed only from the pulp (without seeds and other impurities), it contains a whole range of useful carotenoids: beta-carotene, alpha-carotene, lycopene, lutein, zeaxanthin, which support the immune system and influence, among others: to improve vision. It is worth knowing that artificially isolated supplements most often provide only one alpha tocopherol.
