Milk thistle seeds - a source of silymarin
Ingredients: artichoke leaf extract (Cynara scolymus L. contains 5% cynarin), milk thistle seed extract (Sylibum marianum L. contains 80% silymarin), pullulan (capsule shell).
The daily portion - 1 capsule contains (reference intake %):
- Artichoke leaf extract - 380 mg,
- including: 5% cynarin - 19 mg,
- Thistle seed extract - 100 mg,
- including: 80% silymarin - 80 mg.
How to use: Take 1 capsule once a day, with a meal.
